Ann Uhle, 93, of Wilkes-Barre passed away Monday November 17, 2025, at River View Nursing and Rehab, Wilkes-Barre. She was born in Wilkes-Barre the daughter of the late John and Anna Smijon McGlynn. Ann graduated from G.A.R. High School, 2nd in her class. She was an office supervisor for PA State Disability Office, Wilkes-Barre prior to retirement. Ann was a member of St. John the Baptist Parish, Larksville.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey Uhle, brother, Edward McGlynn, and sister, Eleanor Thomas.
Survived by son, David Uhle and his wife Suzann, Wilkes-Barre, daughter, Janice Petlock and her Husband Thomas, Larksville, grandchildren, Juli Reese and her husband Bruce, Kati Mahlmann and her husband Matthew, Thomas Petlock, Jarad Uhle, great grandchildren, Aubrey, Alex, Ajay, Alynn, Johanna, and Rita.
The entire family would like to thank the staff and aides at River View for their care and compassion that she received.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday November 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in St. John the Baptist Church 126 Nesbitt St., Larksville with Rev. Gerald J. Gurka officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10: 00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the church prior to Mass.
In lieu of flowers donations to Meals On Wheels of Wyoming Valley, 190 S. Sprague Ave. Kingston 18704 would be appreciated.
Interment will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Bear Creek.
