Obituary of Arthur Jones

On the morning of Wednesday, August 10, 2022. Artie was able to be in his grandmother’s loving arms again. The Woman he adored, trusted, and kept him safe. Artie was an old, gentle soul you could only meet once in your lifetime. He had an immense admiration and respect for nature, loved history, and enjoyed working on his machines. Artie loved his children and teaching them about the great outdoors. They loved fishing and finding creek glass together. He adored the homemade gifts from his daughter Korie. Artie is preceded to the next life by two people he cherished so deeply, his grandmother Carlene Anthony and uncle, Jason Anthony. Also, his great grandparents, Carl and Evelyn Roberts. Surviving are his children Charlie, Korie, and Jamasyn, Tunkhannock, mother, Tracey Rankosky and her Partner Shelby May, Kentucky, father Arthur Jones and his wife Nicole, Wilkes-Barre, sisters, Amanda Anthony and Rylie Jones, brothers, Nick Bolton and Evan Jones, cousin, Carl Anthony and his wife Lexie, Beaumont. Dear friends who took him in like one of their own, Cindy and Mitchell Long. The mother of his three children, Fallon Bush, who knew him like the back of her hand as Artie knew her like his. True soulmates even if not in this life. He will be so sadly and deeply missed. A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022, please contact the family for location and time.
