Joel A. Krzywicki

1982-2023

Joel A. Krzywicki, 41, of Wilkes-Barre passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023. He was born in Wilkes-Barre the son of Cynthia Jackubowski Krzywicki and the late John W. Krzywicki Sr. Joel attended Hanover Area grade schools and Nanticoke High School. He was employed as a carpenter in Nanticoke.

He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles Fan and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Joel had a love of music, art, and dancing.

Preceding him in death was his father, John W. Krzywicki Sr., son, Anthony Krzywicki, bothers, Damien Chapman, and Adam Krzywicki.

He is survived by his mother, Cynthia Krzywicki, daughters, Maura Oley and Gabby Krzywicki, girlfriend, Kari Kendricks, Wilkes-Barre, step-mother, Bernadine Dillon, Nanticoke , sisters, Martina Krzywicki, Plymouth, Gina Krzywicki and her fiancé Leo Smith, Hanover Twp., Tamira Chapman and her fiancé Elmer Fischer, Shickshinny, Dana Krzywicki and her husband Bernie Dudkiewicz, Edwardsville, brothers, Kyle Jackubowski, Edwardsville, Richie Krzywicki and his Debbie Lynn, Shickshinny, John Krzywicki Jr. and his wife Kimberly, Nanticoke, Robert Krzywicki, Nanticoke, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 8:00 pm Tuesday October 10, 2023, at Edwards & Russin Funeral and Cremation Services Inc. 717 Main St. Edwardsville. Friends and family may call from 6:00 p.m. until time of service.

The family has asked in lieu of flowers any memorial donations be made to the funeral home to offset the cost of the funeral.
