Among the many fine people of Conrail, Ed stands out in my memory as a smiling gentleman who cared for customers and fellow railroaders. Please accept my deepest condolences and prayers that God grant Ed eternal rest and his family a sense of peace and hope.

Our sincere condolences to the entire Brice family. Eddie was a lifelong friend whose generosity, love and sense of humor leaves us with cherished memories. We laughed with Eddie and Patsy when Coleen & Cindy were stuck in the laundry shoot and at those late night calls from Neal. Eddie adored and was so proud of his family. He lived his Catholic faith daily and is now reunited with Patsy. He has a life well-lived. May he rest in peace and His perpetual light shine upon him. Francis and Marie George

Pop-pop, you were always happy to spend time with family. Even if it was just the next day you were always just as excited to spend time together as if it had been months, or years even. That kind of joy and love never fades. I will always remember how big you love. Visiting with you twice over the last year was such a blessing. And the countless holiday visits to you and Nana are cherished childhood memories. You LOVE the beach and always made it a point to take us when we visited you! You made it so that every moment was an event to be celebrated no matter how big or small the moment may have seemed. I love you. Augustus is so blessed to have met his great-grandpop. We miss you.
