Charles Earnest Rose Obituary

Charles E. Rose, 41, of Tunkhannock passed away on June 11, 2024, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital in Plains. Born in Welch, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Eulys and Norma Rutter Rose.


Charles was employed as a coalminer and night watchman for the coal mines in West Virginia, at P & G in staff management, Walmart, and Vestal Asphalt. He loved spending time with his children, cooking, hunting and fishing.


Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by Lizzie Brewer and John Rose.


Charles is survived by his children, Nicholas Rose, Norma Rose, and Dusty LaSuer. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Terry Whitt, Jerry Whitt, Bobby Whitt, Victor Whitt, and Gloria Adams.
