Obituary of James R. Reese

James R. Reese, 73, of Wilkes-Barre passed away Monday August 19, 2024, at The Gardens at Wyoming Valley, Wilkes-Barre. He was born in Wilkes-Barre the son of the late Daniel and Margaret Gaughan Reese. James graduated from G.A.R. High School. He worked for Harold’s Pharmacy prior to retirement. He is preceded in death by sisters, Marilyn Kuklewicz, Margaret Falcheck, brothers, Fredrick, Mark, and Daniel Reese. Survived by his daughter, Margurite Kakowsky, stepson, Nathan Reese, sister, Elizabeth Morris, and several nieces and nephews. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Twp.
