Mary Ann Moore,86, of Plains Twp. Passed away on Thursday August 22, 2024, at home. She was born in Wilkes-Barre the daughter of the late Peter and Mary Glofka. She graduated from G.A.R. High School, Wilkes-Barre, class of 1955. Mary Ann worked 50 years as a regional office manager at Western & Southern Life Insurance prior to retirement and was a bartender at The Polish American Veterans Alliance in Hudson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Moore, brothers, Edward, Peter, Stanley, and John Glofka.

Survived by her sister, Delores Revis, Cromwell, CT, beloved nephew, Eric Glofka, Tampa, FL and many other nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday,September 13, 2024, at St. Mary Maternity Cemetery Chapel, Stites St., West Wyoming.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Nat Gawlas Jordan Funeral Home, Wilkes-Barre.
