Sharon L. Poltrok, 75, of Hazelton passed away Sunday, November 3, 2024 peacefully in her home. She was born in Hartford, CT the daughter of the late Richard and Dolores Bolton DeJohn. Sharon attended Crestwood High School. She was a homemaker and stay at home mom.
Preceded in death by grandson, Tony Barber Jr., granddaughter, Samantha Meier, sister, Patty Starr, and brother, Kenny DeJohn.
Survived by son, Jonathan Poltrok and his companion Ashley R. Singley, daughters, June Meier, Jennifer Barber and her husband Tony, 10 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
