Q: How did you meet Loretta?
A: I met Loretta while working night shift at John Heinz Institute of Rehabilitation until I transitioned to day shift. We worked Unit 1. Loretta was a kind and valuable person who loved mentoring other new nurses aides. She was a wonderful person who would go the extra mile to help and was very understanding. This carried over to the patients she cared for. My deepest condolences go to the family, for which she was so proud of.
