Gail Louise Skrepenak, 87, of Wilkes-Barre passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025, at Meadows Nursing Home in Dallas.

She was born in Wilkes-Barre, a daughter of the late George and Miriam Thomas. Gail was a graduate of G.A.R. Memorial High School, class of 1955.

Prior to her retirement, she was employed for more than 20 years with PNC Bank as an Executive Administrative Assistant.

She was a member of Firwood United Methodist Church in Wilkes-Barre. She enjoyed travelling and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her brother, George Thomas, Jr. and sister-in-law Ann Thomas and by her niece, Heather Thomas.

Gail is survived by her children, Sue McCabe and her husband, Joseph, Palm Harbor, FL; Donnie Behm and his wife, Joan, Dallas; Kurtis Searing and his wife, Rebecca, Mountain Top; Nancy Walsh and her husband, Jamie, Sweet Valley. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Donnie, Christopher, Karlie, Logan and Ava; sister, Bette Thennes and her husband Chas, Hanover Township; brother, Dr. David Thomas and his wife, JoAnn, Media; and by her niece and nephew and three great-nephews.

A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Hanover Township.
