Dorothy O. Briggs Dorothy O. Briggs, 93, of Kingston passed away March 22, 2021 at River Run Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Kingston. She was born January 27, 1928 in Wilkes-Barre, the daughter of the late Richard and Frieda Morgner Haubold. Dorothy was a graduate of Kingston High School, the Class of 1946. Prior to retirement, she was employed in the Personnel Dept. of Bridon American Corp., Wilkes-Barre. Dorothy was a member of the Church of Christ Uniting, Kingston, PA. She is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth L. Briggs, Sisters Margaret Logue, and Erna Whitson. Surviving are several Nieces and Nephews.
