John P. Campbell Obituary
John P. Campbell, 67, of Wilkes-Barre passed away Thursday August 29, 2024, at home. He was born in New York City to the late Edward Campbell and Grace Helferty Reilly. John Graduated from G.A.R. High School, class of 1974. He is retired from the Wilkes-Barre Department of Public Works.
Survived by sons, Patrick, James, and Sean Campbell, all of North Dakota, granddaughter, Devon, grandson, Reese, sister, Kathy Lewis and her husband Michael, Wilkes-Barre, brothers, Edward Campbell and his wife Donna, Wilkes-Barre, Thomas Campbell and his wife Lisa, Katy, TX, Chris Campbell and his wife Christi, Salisbury, MD, many nieces and nephews.
funeral service will be held Wednesday September 4, 2024, at Noon from the Nat Gawlas Jordan Funeral Home 89 Park Ave. Wilkes-Barre.
A visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday from 10 to time of service at the funeral home.
Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Twp.
