Yelena, your smile, your witty humor and your enormous heart will always be a part of my heart. Yelena, you will be deeply missed. Your wit provided many joyful moments and the memories will last forever. After I moved to Chicago in 2014, we stayed in touch weekly by buying lottery tickets together that we planned to split 50/50 when we won. Last communicated on Friday with a funny cat picture. Rest in Peace my friend.

Q: How would you describe Vikhodets to someone who had never met them? A: Yelena, your beautiful smile, witty humor and your caring heart will never be forgotten. In the 21 yrs we worked together you were always a bright side to anyone's day. You knew who to cheer everyone up and make them laugh when they wanted to cry. Our deepest sympathy to Yelena’s family . She was our next door neighbor in Wyoming until we moved to South Carolina 4 years ago . She continued to stay in touch with us sending pictures of flowers in her yard that Dave planted for her and always sending a text for every holiday. She was a sweet lady . May she rest in peace . Yelena...I just talked to you on New Years . You were truly one of my closest friends. You will never know what your talks at work, cards and phone calls meant to me especially after I retired. You always made life a little bit better somehow. You touched my life in ways you will never know. I know things will be different without you to call now. Like a piece of my heart went with you.
